Vulci beyond Vulci

More than 30 museums around the world display finds from Vulci.

The more than 30 museums mentioned in this section represent only some of the institutions that hold finds from Vulci. Other, uncatalogued museums further demonstrate how Vulci was plundered and stripped over the centuries of artefacts that still today continue to emerge through the research and excavations carried out annually by the Vulci Foundation.

For the sake of brevity, and with the sole aim of providing a general overview, only four finds per museum have been illustrated, despite the fact that institutions such as the British Museum in London hold more than 600, while the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia holds around 350.
